Our service is a simple idea... to make our customer's lives better.

Suitability for Eyelash Extensions

We reserve the right to refuse treatment of a client who we deem to be unsuitable for eyelash extensions at the time of your appointment for any reason. This is almost always due to a client’s safety being potentially at risk by applying. This is an extremely rare occurrence and unforeseen circumstance.

Please do not request an appointment if any of the following is applicable:

  1. An eye infection, style, injury, abrasion or swelling is present or has been present in the previous 30 days.
  2. You are suffering from severe hay fever, cold or flu.
  3. You are currently wearing eyelash extensions from another provider and they are (incorrectly) attached to the skin. We are unable to safely remove until they have detached naturally.
  4. You have experienced a previous allergic reaction. Allergic reactions increase with severity every time the immune system is exposed to the irritant.
  5. You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
  6. You have very sensitive eyes.
  7. You have allergies to any type of adhesive.
  8. You have very damaged natural eyelashes or balding.
  9. You have had permanent makeup/tattooing to the eye area in the past 6 weeks.
  10. You have undergone eye surgery in the last 6 weeks. In addition, we also request you confirm with your doctor you are safe for application.
  11. You suffer from eczema in the eye area/ face.
  12. Eyelash perming in the last two months.

If you are unsure about any of the above please do not hesitate to get in touch prior to booking an appointment. We would love to hear from you.

Before Application

  1. Always arrive at your appointment without eye make up. This is very important as it means your lashes will be dry and the best bond can be achieved.
  2. Never use mascara on the day of your appointment. If you’re removing eyeshadow or eyeliner after work, really focus on your eyelash roots! If any trace of mascara or oil remover remains on the eyelash when you arrive at your appointment, your new extensions won’t last past two weeks.
  3. Ideally you should thoroughly cleanse your natural lashes the night or morning before your eyelash extensions being applied. We can only use a water-based cleanser that is specifically designed to prepare the natural lash for application and it unfortunately does not remove mascara.
  4. Please wash your hair prior to your appointment if needed. You won’t be able to get your lashes wet for 24 hours.
  5. Please reschedule any exercise plans for 24 hours after your appointment. Sweat through exercise will compromise the adhesive and lash application.
  6. If you wear contact lens, please bring with you the lens case to our shop. It is advisable not to apply your contact lenses after your appointment.
  7. No companion (including children) is allowed to enter service room or area during the extension process. We appreciate your cooperation to maintain the high concentration of your eyelash specialist so you can receive the best service possible.

Longevity of Eyelash Extensions

We strive for our eyelash extensions to be the longest lasting in the market. The majority of our client’s see us every 4 -5 weeks for rebalance appointments.

Unfortunately, this may not be the case for clients who have:

  • Perming within 3 months
  • Very Oily skin
  • Very weak/damaged eyelashes
  • Faster shedding eyelashes due to genetics
  • Use products containing oils
  • Use mascara on the eyelash extensions

Our application method is designed to ensure no damage to your natural eyelashes along with a long lasting design but we need a little help from you to deliver that promise.

Our appointments are booked and confirmed by text, by phone, or our online booking system. Each technician is scheduled with consistent hourly appointments so your wait time is rarely more than 5 minutes. If we happen to run late, we will notify you by text or phone at least one hour before your scheduled appointment.
