(1) Consultation
Our expert lash artist will conduct a thorough personal consultation to assess your skin condition, i.e. sensitive skin and allergies, and any problems you may have had with previous eyelash extensions services, i.e. allergic reactions.
(2) Design
Our dedicated lash artists speak to you at length about your length and thickness preferences as well as your lifestyle. From this, our lash artist will advise which of our natural looking extensions would best attain your desired results.
(3) Cleaning
Our lash artist will thoroughly clean the your natural lashes and remove any dirt and dust before adding the extensions.
(4) Protection
Depending on the client’s skin type, our lash artist will apply a regular moisturizing eye mask or hypo-allergenic gel pads to cover your upper and lower eye lid.
(5) Application
Each lash extension is applied one by one to each individual natural lash. The lash extension is carefully placed slightly away from the eyelid skin so to prevent any irritation or uncomfortable feeling.
(6) Drying
The lash artist will use a small cool air dryer to dry the eyelash extensions.
(7) Completion
On average, you can expect your service duration to take approximately 90 minutes. Of course, service duration may vary depending on the client, lash design and services rendered.
Our appointments are booked and confirmed by text, by phone, or our online booking system. Each technician is scheduled with consistent hourly appointments so your wait time is rarely more than 5 minutes. If we happen to run late, we will notify you by text or phone at least one hour before your scheduled appointment.
